Entrance To The Exhibition Area

Large and big products which should be transported on site with forklifts such as machineries, tanks, reactors, silos, etc. will only be allowed before the construction of the stands, that is on Monday from 15:00 to 19:00.

Exit from the Exhibition Area

15th October, Monday at 12:00

Exit from the exhibition area should be done until 12:00 on 15th October, Monday. Companies which did not exit the fair area until the beforementioned time will pay a fine of 5.000,- € according to the fair area rules.

"Attention To the Companies Which Will Transport Machinery”

Large and big products which should be transported on site with forklifts such as machineries, tanks, reactors, silos, etc. will only be allowed before the construction of the stands, that is on Monday from 15:00 to 19:00. Please contact Mr. Ersin Zafer from our contracted company DHL Freight for the transport of your products and machineries and custom issues and to learn more about the prices per hours about the forklift and crane services on site.

Company Information On The Exhibition Catalogue

Participants should fill in their catalogue information and product list as requested by the username and password provided by Artkim Group until 7th September, 2012. Companies which did not fill in the required spaces for the catalogue entrance until the deadline will only take place with their company names in the catalogue. Other spaces wil be left empty.

Important Informations & Deadlines For Exhibitors

Companies participating with a special design (decorated) booth should give their orders (by the user name and password provided) for ‘’ Electric Connections ‘’ online until 14th September, 2012. Requests on site will be charged with 50 % raise.
Companies participating with rental package stand and will be using machinery and equipment and request extra electricity should give their orders ( by the user name and password provided ) for " Electric Connections” online until 14th September 2012. Requests on site will be charged with 50 % raise.
Air usage at the fair is free of charge. However, companies should have to pay and apply for the necessary air connections and should give their orders ( by the user name and password provided) for " Compressed Air Installation” online until 14th September 2012. Requests on site will be charged with 50 % raise.
Companies requesting " Extra Materials " should give their orders ( by the user name and password provided ) for " Rental Furniture and Stand Equipment " online until 14th September, 2012. Requests on site will be charged with 50 % raise.
Online system will be inactive on 14th September, 2012. Firms which does not fill in requested informations and does not give orders for the services they require, will not be able to enter the system after the deadline.

We would kindly inform you that on-site orders will be provided according to the stocks and charged with 50 % raise by the contracted company.
