CND Life Sciences Receives Accreditation from the College of American Pathologists
CND Life Sciences, a medical technology company that pioneers the development of skin-based tests to assist clinicians in diagnosing neurodegenerative diseases and other neurological disorders, has received accreditation from the College of American Pathologists (CAP).
CAP accreditation is recognized for its rigorous and robust standards, and it enhances the quality of laboratories, enabling them to contribute to improved patient outcomes.
Dr. Ronald J. Paler, MD, Chief Pathologist and Medical Director of CND, has been informed of this recognition and congratulated for the excellent services provided. CND is one of over 8,000 CAP-accredited facilities worldwide.

During the CAP accreditation process, which ensures the highest standards of care for all laboratory patients, inspectors thoroughly examine the laboratory’s records and quality control procedures.
CAP inspectors also assess the qualifications of laboratory staff, their competency, equipment, facilities, safety programs and records, as well as overall management. These reviews help verify that the laboratory’s activities align with the most recent best practices and regulatory guidelines.
