LAST TREND PRODUCTS IN COSMETICS AND PERSONAL CARE PACKAGING: E-COMMERCE PUMPS AND AIRLESS PUMPS

E-Commerce Pumps

In cosmetics and personal care sector, dispensary pumps are now in greater demand due to the preferences of consumers.

These pumps have problems in the use of consumers; leading pump manufacturers developed the e-commerce pump, taking into account complaints such as internal directional leakage and associated corrosion (product contact with non-plastic parts) during opening of the pump, opening of pumps and external leakage, breakage.

As of 2019, e-commerce pumps, whose name is now inevitable from electronic commerce, are starting to take their places on the shelves.

In addition to the hygienic structure of the products, which prevent the products from contacting with the liquid by the metal spring structure, the products are only contacted by the end user.

In addition to the hygienic structure, the products also prevent the opening, shedding or breakage during the delivery of the products with the 450-degree outer angle of rotation (Figure 1-2).

The rising packaging trend of recent years; Airless pumps, which are indispensable for products that contain especially skin care products, serums, foundation and special formulations, seem to be the future of cosmetic, dermo cosmetic and medical product packaging (Figure 3).

Its rigid outer surface, horton-free inner structure, design of the spring system of the product outside the package, which does not allow  for migration, emphasize the hygiene and durability while vacuum and dosing technology prevents the intensive distribution of its sensitive formulations and ensures that the product reaches the end user in the desired dosage.

It provides a 15% increase in the shelf life of the products by preventing the product from contacting with air. In addition, the bottom of the product as a result of the vacuum product in the bottom tubeless product, the use of the whole product brings high customer satisfaction.

Here, in addition to protecting the shelf life of the product, which is one of the customer’s expectations, the printing solutions that the manufacturer can highlight the brand were met with airless pumps.

Its two-layered structure provides added value to the products of brands as well as protecting products and provides the desired degree of aesthetic appearance (Figure 4).
