Plastic Industry Workshop
The Plastics Industry Future Research Workshop was held in Antalya on 5-6 November 2021 by the Istanbul Chemicals and Chemical Products Exporters’ Association (IKMIB). In the workshop that brought the plastics industry together, the present and future of the industry were discussed.
The second of the sectoral workshops, in which the problems and solution proposals for the sub-sectors of IKMIB and the expectations of the sector were discussed in detail, were held for the plastics industry on 5-6 November 2021.

On the first day of the workshop, which lasted for two days, an informative presentation was made by Adil Pelister, Chairman of the Board of Directors of İKMİB, regarding the activities carried out before the pandemic and during the pandemic period, and the activities to be held in the upcoming period.
PLASFED President Ömer Karadeniz and PAGDER President Selçuk Gülsün also made evaluations about the sector in their speeches. In addition, while the expectations and opportunities for the future of the sector were discussed for two days, the problems and solution proposals of the sector were also discussed.
