4.0 Automated Paint Factory: iBSM Distribution During Mixing

A revolutionary shuttle line enables the implementation of inBatch Shuttle Manufacturing (iBSM) process in mobile vessels with integrated mixers. This process, meaning a fully automatic factory concept, does not require personnel for large, medium and small batch operations (except Quality Control and Planning). The concept performs all operations from automatic transfer of raw materials (liquid and dry) to the solvent (Comec's Kynesis), self-cleaning filtration, batch coloring and in-container coloring.

Performance

• Enables production of containers in every size. • iBSM can be used together with UWP (Universal Weighing Platform) and DWM (Dispensing While Mixing) software. • When the container enters the distribution area, the appropriate scale can be selected based on container capacity and total gross weight. • Power supply connected to the mixer and DWM are implemented according to the accuracy of the selected scale. • Dosing container sizes: Box, container, canister, drum, tank.
