New Design

The new King looks different from its predecessor; the valve is mounted to the side. This is to increase the spray machine's efficiency. And of course, it is also intended to stand out among other airless spray machines on the shelf.

Easy Maintenance

King is designed for easy maintenance with a removable valve guard and easily accessible valves. A factory-assembled accessory kit contains common items that every applicator at the worksite should have. The kit includes valve seat seal cleaning fluid, air filter element, access point and air valve tool, pump filter bowl gaskets, pump filter element, spare nozzles and gun filter. The kit also includes storage space for your Graco XTR™ spray gun.

70% Less Freezing Potential

Thermally insulated valves (on XL3400 and XL6500 models) are isolated from motor castings that can frequently drop below freezing temperatures. Newly designed valves and external pilot lines virtually eliminate pilot valve freezing, which can cause abrupt shutdowns. Components are easily accessible for service or replacement if needed.

More Reliable Valves

If you are among those who dislike valves because of bad experiences you've had with them, you can rest easy. Graco completely redesigned the valves in the new King spray machine, making them higher quality and more reliable, providing better sealing. There is no internal leakage that cannot be detected visually. The passages are also much larger, which makes them more reliable and easier to service, troubleshoot and replace.

Less Pulsation Means Better Finish

Customer feedback regarding smoother flow and no pressure drop has been incorporated into King. Compared to NXT™ motors, 145% higher intake/exhaust capacity in the air valve achieves a faster, smoother flow, eliminating annoying small marks in the final coat.

Enhanced Sealing and Durability

Seals play a major role in maximizing spray performance by sealing pressure and keeping material in the pump. The tighter the seal, the better the performance. This is achieved with King spray machines by having seven throat seals instead of five.

Multiple Gun Capability

Graco's powerful new air motor enables multiple gun use with virtually imperceptible pulsation. A new manifold design has been developed to simplify multiple gun installation. With stronger and more effective flow, it is now possible to spray up to six guns.

Reliable, Sturdy Pump

The King airless spray machine features the MaxLife® pump subassembly, designed for durability and reliability in the most demanding jobs. It lasts six times longer than previous products. Key features include a special MaxLife rod sleeve, long-life ceramic check valves for maximum versatility regardless of what you spray (optional) and a standard 2-line outlet.

Three Models

King is available with XL3400, XL6500 and XL10000 motors. Output per cycle ranges from 180 cc to 430 cc; output at 60 cycles per minute ranges from 11 to 25.5 liters per minute. Maximum operating pressure is 500 bar.

King sprays high solids, 100% solids, abrasive and even two-component paints. It is ideal for use in various applications and industries.
