Samka Metal Ambalaj Sanayi A.Ş. was established in Tahtakale in 1943 and is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year.
During this period, Samka Metal has continuously developed its technology and grown steadily, relocating production from its original location in Tahtakale to Topkapı, Küçükköy, Kurtköy, and most recently to its new factory in Tuzla İAYOSB with 10,000 m² of enclosed space. In 2016, it commissioned its second factory in Aliağa, İzmir, with 4,000 m² of enclosed space. Through new printing press and automated line investments made last year, Samka Metal has expanded its existing machinery park and responds to customer demands quickly with a solution-oriented production approach. With 2 two-color offset printing lines, 1 lacquering line, 3 semi-automatic and 10 fully automatic tinplate container production lines, Samka Metal is an important player in the sector, producing 25,000,000 metal containers annually in various volumes ranging from 0.25 to 40 liters. Samka Metal products comply with ADR conditions and hold the required UN certification for hazardous materials transport. All reliability tests for packaging, such as leak, pressure, and seam analysis, are conducted in its fully equipped quality control laboratories.Samka Metal continuously advances its quality with awareness of contemporary requirements, customer needs, and responsibility to people and nature.
