COIM Acquires 100% of the Shares of Neoflex

COIM, an Italian multinational with over six decades of experience in chemical manufacturing, has acquired 100% of the shares of Neoflex, S.L, a Spanish adhesive company of which it has been the majority shareholder since 2021. Neoflex focuses on specialized adhesives for woodworking, automotive, construction, furniture, PVC and textile industries. This integration symbolizes a strategic partnership, combining the considerable expertise of both firms and their mutual dedication to innovation and sustainability.
