Abdi İbrahim Launches "Medicine for the Future" Program Abdi İbrahim, Turkey's healing force, has launched the "Medicine for the Future" program to contribute to the development of the pharmacy sector and support qualified workforce in the industry. Pharmacy faculty students who completed online and in-person training have begun fieldwork for a 5-month working experience. The "Medicine for the Future" project, initiated by Abdi İbrahim and serving as a bridge between future and current pharmacists, has moved to its second phase. Around 60 students from Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir completed their necessary professional training and entered the field under the project, which was launched to support qualified workforce in the pharmacy sector and to facilitate the adaptation of pharmacy students to working life. Under the "Medicine for the Future" project framework, which will run for a total of 5 months, students will work within Abdimed and İnoliva, subsidiaries of Abdi İbrahim, and will undertake various tasks related to promoting Ministry of Agriculture-licensed products in pharmacies. The "Medicine for the Future" program, specially designed for pharmacy faculty students, allows students to observe the sector and pharmacy profession more closely, communicate with colleagues, and make more conscious decisions when mapping their career path. At the same time, the program offers financial benefits alongside many development opportunities and enables young people who demonstrate successful performance during the program to be prioritized in the recruitment process by Abdi İbrahim.
