Akfen Renewable Energy Public Offering Akfen Renewable Energy, which generates electricity from domestic and renewable sources such as solar, water and wind with approximately 700 MW installed capacity and ranks among the world's top 30 companies in sustainability, is being offered to the public through a consortium led by Garanti BBVA Yatırım, with 33.5% of the company being floated. Subscription dates have been set for 8-9-10 March. Akfen Renewable Energy, which continuously pursues investments to bring domestic and renewable energy sources to the Turkish economy, is being floated on the public market with the green and clean energy it produces in power plants with approximately 700 MW installed capacity. In the public offering led by Garanti BBVA Yatırım as consortium leader, shares of Akfen Renewable Energy belonging to Akfen Holding with a nominal value of TRY 340,370,703 will be offered for sale at a fixed price of TRY 9.80. Shares sold during the public offering stage will be distributed according to the proportional distribution method. After the public offering, the company's public float ratio will be 33.5%. In the public offering, 10% of Akfen Renewable Energy shares will be allocated to company employees, 20% to domestic institutional investors, 20% to individual investors and 50% to foreign institutional investors.

Akfen Renewable Energy meets the annual energy needs of approximately 4 million people from clean sources through modern power plants located in Turkey's regions with the best natural resources, most of which were commissioned in the last 7 years and diversified in terms of resources. The company has approximately 700 MW installed capacity through 12 HES, 35 GES and 6 RES projects in 18 different provinces in Turkey. According to a report prepared by Moody's, an international rating agency, among companies it evaluates in environmental and social governance and sustainability, Akfen Renewable Energy ranks first among all companies in the power sector worldwide, first in the Europe-Asia market across all sectors, and among the world's top 30 companies across all sectors.

Provided Clean Air Equivalent to 5.5 Million Trees

Akfen Renewable Energy achieved a reduction equivalent to nearly 5.5 million tonnes of carbon dioxide through green and clean energy production. This figure is considered equivalent to the clean air provided by approximately 5.5 million trees throughout their lifetime. Akfen Renewable Energy continues the carbon certification processes recognized globally at its power plants, including VCS (Verified Carbon Standard), Gold Standard and Global Carbon Council (GCC) certification, and continues carbon credit sales. The company's carbon emission offset amount achieved since 2011 has reached 609,980 tonnes.
