Henkel Flexible Packaging Academy Trains New Specialists in Collaboration with German-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Training was provided at the Istanbul headquarters of the German-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry to equip relevant packaging sector employees with theoretical knowledge and expertise in adhesive application techniques. Participants who successfully completed the training earned the right to receive the Flexible Packaging Lamination Specialist Certificate from Henkel and the German-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The training programs, which aimed to bring participants to the level of competency needed to apply every detail of modern lamination technology in production, were designed with quality sufficient to accelerate even expert participants in error detection and solution development. Operators, formers, supervisors, quality control officers, project engineers, process engineers, production managers, manufacturing supervisors, R&D specialists, procurement specialists and entrepreneurs working in the sector showed interest in the training provided by Henkel Flexible Packaging Academy. While all participants received over 20 hours of classroom instruction, they were also granted access to the Henkel Flexible Packaging Academy Training portal where they can access comprehensive digital resource guides and numerous training materials. Additionally, they received tablet computers providing access to the Henkel E-learning portal.
