Chromaflo Technologies Acquires Distribution Division of Liquid Colours in Johannesburg

Chromaflo Technologies announced it has strengthened its position in the Sub-Saharan Africa region by acquiring the colorant distribution division of Liquid Colours. The purchase price was not disclosed. The newly acquired colorant distribution division encompasses pigment dispersions and colorant technologies covering decorative paint points of sale, in-plant systems, industrial coatings and other applications to be integrated into Chromaflo's recently constructed facility in Johannesburg. The company stated that the transfer of product lines, technology and personnel from Liquid Colours' distribution division to Chromaflo will take place within the next 12 months. Chromaflo Technologies' operations in South Africa form part of Chromaflo's APAC regional business, which is based in Dandenong, Melbourne, Australia.
