GSK Türkiye named to 'Best Employers List' for the 7th time
GSK Turkey ranks among world's best employers for seventh consecutive year
GSK Turkey has been included in the Best Employers list prepared by the Top Employers Institute, one of the world's most prestigious organizations in the field of human resources, for the seventh consecutive time.
In the Top Employers Awards, where companies with successful HR policies and practices that place employees at the center are certified, leading Turkish companies were evaluated through a survey comprising 20 categories and 6 HR areas, including human resources strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity, equality, inclusion and employee welfare.
Burcu Kuyucu, Human Resources Director at GSK Turkey, emphasized the significant value of GSK's selection as the Best Employer company both in Turkey and in the region by the Top Employer Institute for the last three years, with the practices implemented since GSK was listed on the Great Place To Work Institute's Best Employers List between 2017-2020:
