Export Stars Awarded

İKMİB, representing over 10,000 exporting companies across different chemistry subsectors ranging from plastics to cosmetics, pharmaceuticals to rubber, and medical devices to paints and coatings, honored sector representatives who achieved USD 16.1 billion in exports in 2017.

The 2017 İKMİB Stars of Exports Awards ceremony, held at Raffles İstanbul Zorlu Center, saw 120 award winners across 24 categories. In the Organic Chemicals Exports Category, Akpa Organik Peroksit Kimya received the 4th place award. İKMİB Board Chairman Murat Akyüz presented the award to Akpa Kimya General Manager Kemal Darcan.
