As part of this strategy, the brand has completed the acquisition of all facilities and brands owned by Ergo Yatak, adding another production-focused initiative to its portfolio. Through this acquisition, the company plans to significantly increase bed production capacity at the facility and manufacture bonnell spring, pocket spring and visco mattress ranges. A.Ş, a subsidiary of İşbir Holding, has acquired the Ergo Yatak Factory, which operates on 15,541 square meters of open space and 5,000 square meters of closed area in Çankırı Korgun Organized Industrial Zone (OSB). In addition to reaching end consumers through active domestic dealers, it is also a major supplier to large hotel groups.

Annual production of 12,000 to 15,000 viscoelastic mattresses

The brand will produce 70,000 mattresses annually, with the goal of capturing a 20 percent share of İşbir's mattress sales revenue. Additionally, the company will focus on foam-layered mattress production, which has been gaining importance in domestic and international markets in recent periods, and will produce 12,000 to 15,000 viscoelastic mattresses annually. With necessary modernization investments and new sales points, Ergo Yatak will become one of the sector's strong players while continuing to prioritize quality and customer satisfaction as a brand-new addition to İşbir.
