ITT Global to Invest TRY 30 Million

ITT Logistics' İTT GLOBAL, one of the company's largest projects, was inaugurated in a ceremony on 9 May. The opening brought together broad industry participation. Following opening remarks by İTT Global Deputy General Manager Didem Öztanik, General Manager Tekin Öztanık took the floor and provided detailed information about the facility, which was implemented in just 6 months. He emphasized that the facility, built on 7,500 m² of land with a 1,500 m² covered area, possesses the distinction of having Europe's best-in-class capacity. Öztanık noted that İTT Global is capable of simultaneously servicing 4 chemical tanks and tanker washing bays, 1 food-grade washing bay, and 8 IBC washing units. Emphasizing that all processes are managed to superior safety standards, Tekin Öztanık highlighted the facility's most important and distinctive feature: all services are delivered through full automation and advanced technology. Beyond washing, he stated that the company provides integrated services such as handling, heating, and full-empty storage under a comprehensive logistics service approach. In his remarks, he underscored with particular attention that İTT Global is an entirely environmentally friendly facility, highly sensitive to environmental and human health concerns, designed according to Ministry of Environment standards and European environmental criteria. This signaled the operation's considerable commitment to quality and environmental policy. Concluding his remarks with the vision and objectives that İTT Global, given its service capacity, investment scale, and distinctive features, would significantly fill gaps in the sector and advance with steady steps toward becoming a rapidly sought-after brand, Öztanık toured the facility with guests and journalists after the ceremony, sharing information about its operations.
