Custom solutions offered to companies
ISD Logistics, which arranges partial shipments every day of the week between Turkey and European countries, offers company-specific solutions to importers and exporters in response to rising demand.
ISD Logistics CEO Korkut Koray Yalça noted that partial transportation stands out as a highly attractive logistics option for low-density cargo.
Yalça, stating "We provide our solution partners with speed, security and cost advantages combined in partial transportation," explained that in this type of transportation, they carry cargo from multiple customers on the same route in the same vehicle to the delivery points.
Specialized vehicles designed for each sector
Yalça emphasized that small and medium-sized enterprises in particular prefer partial transportation more. Pointing out that this prevents high vehicle costs for low-density cargo, Yalça added:
"We are able to provide door-to-door delivery with our specially designed vehicles for many sectors including automotive spare parts, chemicals, textiles, food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, and electronics. We prevent potential material damage during loading and unloading of cargo onto vehicles. In addition to road transport, we provide partial services by sea, rail and air."
