P&G Announces New Regional Management Appointment

P&G Turkey has appointed experienced leader Özge Erdem to the position of Vice Chairman of the Board for the Caucasus and Central Asia region.

Erdem previously held the role of Central and Eastern Europe Oral Care Leader at P&G, where she delivered successful results. Starting in her new position as of 1 October 2024, Erdem will be responsible for marketing and operations across a broad region encompassing Turkey and eight neighbouring countries. A graduate of the Industrial Engineering Department at Bilkent University, Erdem joined P&G in 2004 as a Financial Analyst. Distinguishing herself through success in various roles, she became Chain Stores Customer Team Finance Manager in 2006, and subsequently held positions including senior brand manager, media operations manager and brand operations director, building extensive experience across these areas.

In 2014, Erdem became Turkey and Caucasus Region Oral Care Director, and served as Europe Oral Care Toothbrush Design Senior Brand Director in 2019-2020. Leading oral care operations in the Central and Eastern Europe region for the past five years, Erdem assumes this new position from P&G Turkey's former Vice Chairman Onur Yaprak, taking responsibility for both marketing and health and oral care commercial operations while providing leadership across a wide geographic footprint.
