New Business Volume Exceeding TL 4 Billion in One Month from ŞA-RA Enerji

ŞA-RA Enerji İnşaat Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş., which operates in Türkiye's energy and industrial sector, has been in the spotlight following its listing on Borsa İstanbul, with the new business relationships it has announced.
The company, which trades on Borsa İstanbul under the SARAE ticker code, announced its new domestic and international contracts and orders in disclosures made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on 28 July, 17 August and 25 August.
While the total size of the three newly announced business relationships exceeded TL 4 billion, this amount corresponds to approximately 59 percent of ŞA-RA Enerji's total 2025 revenue.
TL 2.9 billion electricity transmission line contract
The company's latest disclosure came on 25 August 2026. ŞA-RA Enerji notified KAP that it had signed a high-voltage electricity transmission line construction contract worth TL 2,938,874,760 with a domestically based customer.
The contract, worth approximately USD 61.1 million, is planned to be completed in 2027. The company stated that the contract size corresponds to approximately 41 percent of its 2025 revenue.
This agreement was the highest-value contract among the three new business relationships announced by ŞA-RA Enerji over the past month.

TL 318.7 million power transmission line order
On 17 August 2026, ŞA-RA Enerji announced that it had received an order worth TL 318,750,700 for power transmission line connection components from a domestically based customer.
Deliveries under the order, worth approximately USD 6.67 million, are planned to be completed within 2026.
According to the company's disclosure, the order concerns the domestic sale of connection components used in power transmission lines.
EUR 17.5 million project from Moldova
Another significant business relationship announced by ŞA-RA Enerji over the past month took place abroad.
On 28 July 2026, the company announced that it had signed a high-voltage electricity transmission line construction contract with Moldelectrica, the Moldovan Electricity Transmission System Operator, as part of a business partnership formed with its group company Şa-Ra Teknoloji Tesis A.Ş.
The total value of the contract was announced as EUR 17,567,731.78. The contract, stated in the company's KAP disclosure as approximately TL 945.9 million, is planned to be completed in 2028.
The size of the Moldova project corresponds to approximately 13 percent of ŞA-RA Enerji's 2025 revenue.

Mertay Türk, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the ŞA-RA Group of Companies, stated that the new contracts announced by the company recently support its activities in energy transmission infrastructure.
Türk remarked, "As ŞA-RA Enerji, we are one of the few companies in the world that manufactures all components of power transmission lines in-house and can deliver turnkey projects. With our deep-rooted background and expertise, we hold a strong and respected position in both the national and global markets."
New contracts announced following the IPO
ŞA-RA Enerji completed its initial public offering process with a gong ceremony held at Borsa İstanbul on 17 July 2026, and began trading on the exchange under the SARAE ticker code.
The new business relationships announced by the company following its IPO demonstrate the importance of activities in the field of energy transmission lines and connection equipment, as well as overseas projects, within the company's growth strategy.
The fact that the total size of the three business relationships announced by the company over the past month exceeded TL 4 billion also increases the weight of the new contracts within ŞA-RA Enerji's existing financial scale.
