Saint-Gobain Completes Acquisition of Chryso

Saint-Gobain has completed the acquisition of Chryso, a leading global player in the construction chemicals market and a supplier in the sustainable construction market segment for High-Performance Solutions, following its announcement.

Saint-Gobain Chairman of the Board Benoit Bazin commented on the matter as follows: "The acquisition of Chryso is a step that is fully aligned with the strategic vision of our company, which is a global leader in sustainable construction focused on sustainability and performance solutions. In the emerging construction chemicals market, we have completed 11 acquisitions in 24 countries over the last three years, opened 18 factories, and today we are generating sales exceeding EUR 3 billion in 66 countries. Chryso further strengthens our position in this growing market."
