Seven Days of National Mourning Declared Following the earthquake centered in Kahramanmaraş with devastating effects felt across surrounding provinces, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan declared seven days of national mourning. Throughout the country and at diplomatic missions, the flag will be flown at half-mast until sunset on Sunday, 12 February 2023. Our nation's condolences to the bereaved.
