Anıl Usmangil Named 3M Türkiye and Israel Human Resources Director

Anıl Usmangil has been appointed to the position of Human Resources Director for 3M Turkey and Israel. Beginning his 16-year career in 2003 as a Team Leader in the Human Resources Department at Audio Elektronik, Usmangil subsequently held positions as Senior HR Business Partner at Turkcell and Human Resources Manager at Turkcell Global Bilgi. Joining 3M in 2012, Usmangil served as Human Resources Manager responsible for Supply Chain for 6.5 years. A graduate of Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi's Environmental Engineering department in 1999, Usmangil subsequently completed an MBA at the same university. As Human Resources Director, Usmangil will be responsible for managing all human resources activities for 3M Turkey and 3M Israel, and will lead initiatives including the implementation of regional strategies and programs at the country level, efforts to increase employee engagement, and management of change management processes.
