Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals Turkey has begun transferring employees abroad in management roles. Ayşegül İnce, Human Resources Manager at Pierre Fabre Turkey, took on her position as Human Resources Manager responsible for Dermocosmetics and Commercial Support Unit employees on a global scale at Pierre Fabre Headquarters in France, as of April 2019. Ayşegül İnce, who has held the position of Human Resources Manager at Pierre Fabre Turkey since 2016, has successfully completed numerous projects in recruitment processes, team building, management of organizational changes, strategic human resources processes, promotion-rotation, training, compensation, performance and other human resources operations.
