Barilla Turkey Announces Two Key Appointments

Barilla Turkey announced the appointment of İrem Feyzioğlu as Executive Board Member responsible for Human Resources and Mustafa Ulubahşi as Executive Board Member responsible for Sales. Global food leader Barilla, which produces goods in 30 facilities worldwide and reaches millions of tables daily in over 100 countries, has made new appointments in its Turkey operations. İrem Feyzioğlu was appointed to lead Human Resources, and Mustafa Ulubahşi to lead the National Sales Organization. İrem Feyzioğlu, who began her career in 2005, has achieved significant success as a Strategic HR Consultant in the fields of culture, change management, organizational fit and leadership. Through projects she pioneered, Feyzioğlu played a role in implementing innovative talent and leadership development programs. As of 1 July, she took office as Executive Board Member responsible for Human Resources at Barilla Turkey. Mustafa Ulubahşi has worked in marketing and sales at various national and international retail brands since 2006. After successfully managing roles at companies such as Coca Cola Beverages and Reckitt Benckiser, Ulubahşi will continue his career as Executive Board Member responsible for Sales at Barilla Turkey starting in July.

İrem Feyzioğlu

İrem Feyzioğlu graduated from the Psychology Department of Koç University in 2005 and from the Business Administration Master's program at Bilgi University in 2012. She began her career in 2005 at Novartis in the Human Resources and Corporate Communications Departments. Working as an HR Business Partner, Feyzioğlu took on the role of Talent Manager and Senior HR Business Partner in 2011. In 2018, she served as HR Leader for Novartis & Sandoz's Production Facilities in Turkey and assumed strategic HR leadership for the production facilities.  

Mustafa Ulubahşi

Mustafa Ulubahşi graduated from the Industrial Engineering Department of Istanbul Technical University in 2005 and began his career in 2006 as a Sales Manager at Coca Cola Beverages. In 2008, he started working at Reckitt Benckiser as a Customer Manager for LKA, and in 2009 took on the roles of Commercial Marketing Assistant Manager and in 2010, Commercial Marketing Manager.   Throughout his career at Reckitt Benckiser, Ulubahşi held the following positions: Migros Group Customer Manager, Western Turkey Regional Sales Manager in 2012, Key Account Manager – Perfumery / Online Channel in 2014, Key Account Manager – Discounter Channel in 2015, E-Commerce and Revenue Maximization Manager in 2017, Top Local Chains & Local Key Accounts Manager in 2018, and most recently Distributor Operations Manager (LKA, SSM, Traditional Trade, Wholesale, C&C) in 2019.
