Berko İlaç Strengthens With New Appointments
Berko İlaç, which operates with an innovative approach, nearly 800 employees and manufacturing facilities spanning 21,000 square meters across three world-standard phases to produce for "healthy tomorrows," continues to strengthen with new appointments. Salih Pak was appointed as Quality Control Manager at Berko İlaç, and Ağça Aybars was appointed as Senior Product Manager at Berko İlaç.
Salih Pak
Salih Pak completed his undergraduate education in Chemistry at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Gazi University and began his career in 1997 at Nobel İlaç Quality Control Laboratory. He subsequently served as quality control supervisor at Ulkar Kimya, which is part of the same holding, and as quality assurance manager at the Nobel İlaç Düzce plant. Pak continued his career as quality control manager at the same plant and simultaneously served as responsible manager at Nobel İlaç. As of 2021, Salih Pak was appointed as Quality Control Manager at Berko İlaç.
Ağça Aybars
Ağça Aybars completed his undergraduate education in Economics at Dumlupınar University and Sociology at Anadolu University, and began his career in the pharmaceutical industry in 2003 as a medical representative at Biofarma İlaç, continuing subsequently at Bilim İlaç. From 2007 onwards, Aybars continued his career as a product manager, working at Natural Life and Dr. F. Frik İlaç. He served as marketing manager at İnanır Group and as senior product manager at Sanovel İlaç, Nobel İlaç, Ali Raif İlaç and Abdi İbrahim, accumulating a total of 7 years in the CNS market and 5 years in the acute market. Continuing his education in Family Counseling, Ağça Aybars began his position at Berko İlaç as Senior Product Manager responsible for Pediatrics and Dermatology.
