Janssen Turkey Appoints New HR Director

New Human Resources Leadership Appointment at Janssen Turkey Johnson & Johnson's pharmaceutical division Janssen Turkey has appointed Sinem Atmaca as Head of OneHR Turkey & Turkey Janssen Human Resources. [caption id="attachment_128226" align="alignleft"] Sinem Atmaca[/caption] Drawing on its innovative perspective and global vision, Janssen Turkey—which has operated in Turkey for 22 years with a patient-focused approach and a commitment to supporting employee development across all areas—has added Sinem Atmaca to its leadership team as Head of OneHR Turkey & Turkey Janssen Human Resources. At Janssen Turkey, Atmaca will work in partnership with Business Leaders on talent management, talent development, organizational design and change management initiatives, leading OneHR & pharmaceutical strategies for Janssen Turkey. She assumed office in August. Sinem Atmaca, who has taken up the position of Head of OneHR Turkey & Turkey Janssen Human Resources at Janssen Turkey, completed her undergraduate education at Boğaziçi University and subsequently earned her Human Resources Management Certificate from Istanbul Technical University. Before joining Johnson & Johnson, Atmaca held various human resources positions at KoçSistem, SAP Turkey, PepsiCo and Abbott. Recognized for her success in leading organizational transformation and strategy, implementing employee and culture priorities within the organization, and partnering with EMEA on career projects involving field teams, Sinem Atmaca most recently served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Abbott Turkey.
