Kimpur Strengthens Management Team Kimpur is further strengthening its management team with new appointments. Three senior-level appointments have been made at Kimpur; Zafer Demirel has been appointed to the position of Finance Director, Türker Tuncer to Human Resources Director, and Mehmet Bürge Bilgin to Procurement and Foreign Trade Director. Kimpur, which ranks among Turkey's top 500 industrial enterprises, continues to strengthen its organizational structure in Turkey in line with its growing business objectives. The chemical industry company, which leads the sector by exporting to more than 45 countries, has made three new senior-level appointments, bringing experienced professionals into the company. Zafer Demirel completed his undergraduate degree in 2006 in the Economics Department at Middle East Technical University and began his career in 2006 at Deloitte. Subsequently, he held positions at Borusan Holding, Anadolu Efes, Sütaş and most recently as Finance and Reporting Director at Anadolu Isuzu from 2018 to 2022. Zafer Demirel, appointed as CFO at Kimpur, will oversee the management of accounting, finance and investor relations departments.   Türker Tuncer graduated in 2004 from Middle East Technical University in International Relations and Business Administration and completed his master's degree at Cambridge University in the United Kingdom in 2005. During the period 2006-2015, Tuncer worked as Human Resources Manager/Director at various companies within Sabancı Holding, followed by positions as HR Group Director at Yıldız Holding/Pladis and Nobel Pharma, and Human Resources Director at Kibar Holding and Balparmak. Tuncer will be responsible for all human resources, administrative affairs and labor relations processes at Kimpur.   Mehmet Bürge Bilgin completed his degree in Industrial Engineering at Bradley University in 2000 and began his career as a sales engineer in the United States. He subsequently completed an MBA program at Illinois Institute of Technology and returned to Turkey, where he held positions in procurement departments at Koç, Özyeğin and Sabancı group companies. Most recently serving as Procurement Manager at Betek-Nippon Paints, Bilgin will be responsible end-to-end for Kimpur's procurement and foreign trade processes.
