Kemal Ceylanoğlu Appointed New Business Development Director at Sanovel

Sanovel, one of the leading companies in the Turkish pharmaceutical sector, continues to strengthen its management team in line with its strategic objectives. In this context, Kemal Ceylanoğlu, an experienced name in the sector, has taken office as Director of Business Development.

Kemal Ceylanoğlu, who has more than 20 years of experience in business development, export sales and strategic growth in domestic and foreign markets in the pharmaceutical sector, assumed the position of Director of Business Development at Sanovel as of June 2025. Managing international market processes at large-scale companies and leading market entry planning and implementation in more than 30 countries including Europe, America, Middle East, Far East and Latin America, Ceylanoğlu will lead business development and international market strategy management within Sanovel's strategic priority of globalization.
 
Kemal Ceylanoğlu completed his undergraduate education at Michigan State University School of Business, Finance Department, and his graduate education at Istanbul Bilgi University in the Business Administration (MBA) program. Starting his career in 2005 at Şişecam as Export Sales Specialist and continuing as Export Sales Manager, Ceylanoğlu served as Assistant Trade Manager for the Mediterranean & Black Sea Region at Heidelberg Materials Trading between 2009-2010, and as Export Sales Manager for the Europe and America Region at Mustafa Nevzat İlaç between 2010-2011.

Between 2011-2016 at Deva Holding, he served respectively as Assistant Manager of International Markets Licensing, Regional Manager and International Markets Group Manager; between 2017-2018 as International Markets Group Manager; and between 2018-2021 as Business Development Group Manager. After working briefly as Export Sales Manager at Exeltis in 2017, Ceylanoğlu returned to Deva Holding managing various international projects, and from 2021 onwards served as Director of International Markets, Export Sales and Business Development at Nobel İlaç, leading growth strategies in global markets, restructuring initiatives and sales volume increases.
