Chemline Coatings and Their Application Against Chemical Corrosion in Various Sectors

Chemline Coatings significantly increase product performance and corrosion resistance. Chemline is a new formula with the patented Siloxirane 28 polymer, engineered and designed with 28 functional groups in each molecule.

What high cross-link density means for Chemline:

When cured, they develop an extremely dense cross-linked molecular structure due to high 28 functionality. Unlike comparable coatings, Chemline cross-links predominate through carbon-oxygen-carbon bonds. This eliminates high concentrations of hydroxyl groups (found in phenolic epoxies) and prevents hydrolysis from ester groups and aggressive effects from acids.

Applications for Chemline Coatings
