Paints and Coatings Thickness Measurement Devices
Divided into two main categories as cable-probe and fixed-probe devices, our equipment can be safely used with their accurate and precise measurement capabilities. Paint thickness control is necessary for standard and consistent product painting, monitoring of painting times, and control of paint consumption.Gloss Measurement Device
This device, which we can also evaluate in two types, allows us to control gloss, which is one of the determining criteria of paint color.Color Measurement Device
It is used for controlling the continuity of the color applied to the material and for color control of the painted product compared to the expected sample color or reference color. This product imported by our company is a preferred product due to its easy portability and ability to perform accurate and precise measurements.Paint Adhesion (Cross-Cut) Test Device
It is used to control whether dry or wet paint adheres to all surfaces (metal, plastic, wood) according to relevant standards. Its long-lasting and easy-to-use blade is preferred due to its movable blade structure to apply appropriate cutting force to the surface to be cut. For the use of cross-cut equipment, blade numbers and widths determined according to ISO 2409 are briefly stated below as technical information. • 6 blades with 1 mm spacing for paint thickness in the range of 1-60 microns, • 6 blades with 2 mm spacing for paint thickness in the range of 61-120 microns, • Cross-cut equipment with 6 blades spaced 3 mm apart must be used when paint thickness is 121 microns or above. Cutting the product only at correct and appropriate intervals does not mean the test has been completed. To obtain the correct result from the product, special cross-cut tape with 9.5 N tensile force must also be used.Temperature Measurement Labels
Temperature measurement labels used to verify part and oven temperature in all areas where heat exists are available for use in different temperature scales. Temperature measurement labels that allow us to measure in the range of 54-260°C are among our preferred products due to their easy use and ability to perform precise measurements.Temperature measurement scales of these products:
