Control Valves

Ball Valves Neles™ ball valves' proven technology in design, materials and coatings provides process reliability in the most demanding shut-off and control applications. For control applications, it offers Q-trim™ noise reduction and cavitation prevention technology. Butterfly Valve Neles™ butterfly valves are designed to optimize process efficiency by offering leading-class valve capacity. Neles SIL 3 certified, providing long-lasting tightness and industry-leading valves. The product range includes both metal and soft-seated and rubber-lined butterfly valves.

Globe Valves

Neles globe valves are high-performance control valves designed to provide the best control accuracy. Quickly replaceable trims and top-entry construction provide easy valve installation and service, resulting in longer operating life. A wide range of trim designs are available, from low-rangeability applications to cavitation-preventing applications.

Segment Valves

Eccentric Conical Plug Valves

These valves are designed for liquid, gas, steam and sludge control in general and demanding applications. Due to its excellent control performance and ability to handle non-pure liquids, it is a unique product for refinery and petrochemical industry applications.

Pinch Valve

Flowrox PV, PVE and PVE/S heavy-duty pinch valves are designed for shut-off and control applications of abrasive or corrosive sludge, dust or granular-containing fluids. In the open position, the valve has full pass with no flow restriction. During closing, two compression rods compress the valve liner in the center line. Even if solids accumulate on the liner wall, leak-free, tight shut-off is provided.

On-Off Valves

Knife Gate Valves Neles knife gate valves are ideal for all industrial shut-off applications from pulp applications to wastewater industries. Flowrox heavy-duty knife gate valves cut flow completely even in the most demanding process conditions. It prevents backflow and elastomer seals on both sides of the slide ensure tight and complete closure. Thanks to its monolithic body structure, it provides easy maintenance advantages. Parts that need to be changed during maintenance are the sealing element in contact with the fluid and gaskets.

Pumps

Flowrox™ FXM Metering Pumps Flowrox™ FXM metering pump is ideal for chemical dosing applications. FXM2 and FXM3 series pumps are designed to provide improved performance to optimize metering performance. FXM pumps have low maintenance and repair costs and are easy to maintain. This reduces downtime, improves process performance and provides accurate dosing.

Flowrox™ LPP-D Dosing Pumps

Flowrox LPP-D pumps are ideal for dosing and flow control. In dosing pumps, the pump discharge flow is not dependent on pipeline pressure, ensuring accurate dosing under all process conditions. Discharge pressure does not affect flow, output remains the same in each cycle. They are ideal for demanding process environments.

Flowrox™ LPP-T Peristaltic Hose Pumps

Flowrox LPP-T transfer pumps feature an advanced single-cylinder design that eliminates friction and reduces energy consumption. Ideal for transfer of sludge, abrasive, corrosive, viscous or crystallizing fluids up to 80% density.

Flowrox™ Screw Pumps

Ideal for transfer of high-viscosity, abrasive and other difficult or sensitive fluids. E-series is designed for dense industrial fluid transfer, EL-series for demanding wastewater and municipal waste applications, and D-series for chemical and flocculant dosing applications.
