Perstorp Group Secures SEK 600 Million Revolving Credit Facility

Perstorp, a global leader in polyols and solutions, advanced chemicals, and specialty chemicals focused on animal nutrition, has been granted a SEK 600 million liquidity-enhancing Revolving Credit Facility (RCF).

Perstorp Group has grown steadily over the past few years and has ambitious plans for the future. This RCF will support the company's development, protect Perstorp against the current market environment, and provide liquidity to seize growth opportunities when conditions improve. The RCF is provided by Nordea, Goldman Sachs, SEB and DNB. The financing solution is unique and represents a first of its kind. It includes a credit guarantee plan covering 75% of the Revolving Credit Facility, issued and granted by the Swedish Export Credits Guarantee Board (EKN).   President and CEO Jan Secher commented: "This was genuine teamwork and I want to thank everyone involved, the EKN, the banks, our owners and some other stakeholders.
