Sabancı Extends Dividend Tradition into Its 23rd Year

Sabancı Holding, which has set an example for the Turkish business world in capital returns by uninterruptedly distributing dividends to its investors since 2003, will continue this tradition in 2025 as well.
Since 2003, Sabancı Holding has continuously distributed profits to investors, setting an example for Turkish business in terms of capital returns. The holding will continue this tradition in 2025.
Following the Board of Directors decision dated 3 March 2025, Sabancı Holding announced to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it will propose to the General Assembly the distribution of TRY 6.3 billion in cash dividends (TRY 3 gross per share) based on its consolidated financial statements for the 2024 fiscal year.
Should this proposal be approved at the General Assembly on 27 March, cash dividend payments will begin from 2 April 2025. Thus, Sabancı Holding will carry its 22-year dividend tradition into its 23rd year.
NON-BANKING OPERATIONAL PROFITABILITY RATIO CONTINUES QUARTERLY GROWTH
Sabancı Holding also disclosed its inflation-adjusted financial results for 2024. In 2024, Sabancı Holding's combined sales reached TRY 1,244 billion and combined EBITDA reached TRY 128.9 billion. The holding's non-banking operational profitability ratio continued its quarterly growth trend from the first quarter of 2024 in the final quarter. Even amid challenging conditions in 2024, Sabancı Holding allocated 13.5% of non-banking revenues to investments while maintaining a low debt ratio and continuing its strategic growth.
