Özlem İnce Appointed Human Resources Director at Haleon Türkiye

Haleon, which holds a pioneering position in consumer health worldwide and owns strong brands such as Sensodyne, Parodontax, Otrivin, Voltaren and Centrum, continues to strengthen its organizational structure in Turkey. In this context, Özlem İnce was appointed as Human Resources Director for Haleon Turkey as of March 2026.
A graduate of Boğaziçi University's Mathematics Education department and holder of a master's degree in Human Resources from Marmara University, Özlem İnce brings over 20 years of experience as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner in multinational and industrial organizations. Throughout her career, both domestically and internationally, she has undertaken significant work in organizational transformation, leadership development and alignment of human strategies with business objectives in global and regional roles.
İnce began her human resources career at Koçbank, followed by eight years with General Electric (GE) in human resources roles at Turkey and Italy offices. Subsequently, she spent seven years at Maersk, leading human resources for seven countries spanning Eastern Europe, the Mediterranean and the Middle East, and later led talent strategies for the Europe region based in Spain.
Before joining Haleon, İnce served as Human Resources and EHS Director at ASAŞ Aluminum, where she led the development of human resources strategies in alignment with the company's growth targets, investment priorities and organizational transformation processes, working alongside senior management.
