Dilek Özdemir, who successfully carried out the Finance Director role at the company, has become Nippon Paint – Betek's new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as of February 2026, bringing over 20 years of experience and a strategic management vision.
Özdemir, a graduate of Boğaziçi University's Department of Business Administration who began her professional career in international audit and consulting, has specialized in critical areas such as reporting, financial controls and strategic budget management over her more than 20 years of experience. Known for her approach focused on financial management and sustainable growth, Dilek Özdemir will play a key role in managing Nippon Paint – Betek's financial strategies and the company's future goals in the new period. With this new appointment, Özdemir will also assume responsibility as one of the strong female leaders on the company's management team.
