Senior Appointment to Alapala Holding's Board of Directors

Alapala Holding has announced a senior-level appointment to strengthen its corporate governance structure and more effectively support its strategic objectives.

Cengiz Tiryakioğlu, who serves as General Manager of DEPART and General Manager of AB Industries, both group companies within Alapala Holding, has been appointed as a member of the Alapala Holding Board of Directors as of 1 January 2026. In addition to his current executive responsibilities, Tiryakioğlu will assume his new role on the Board.

Since 1996, Cengiz Tiryakioğlu has held senior management positions in various sectors. From 2016 onwards, he has assumed significant responsibilities within the Alapala Group as General Manager of DEPART and subsequently General Manager of AB Industries. Through his expertise in milling, automation and industrial solutions, he has made substantial contributions to the operational and strategic development of the group companies.

Cengiz Tiryakioğlu's knowledge, leadership experience and sector expertise are expected to add value at Board level to Alapala Holding's sustainable growth targets, corporate vision and long-term strategies.

With this appointment, Alapala Holding aims to further reinforce its strong management structure while continuing its efforts to increase its effectiveness in the global market.
