Aydem Renewable Energy Receives 12 Awards at Once

Aydem Yenilenebilir Enerji won 12 awards at LACP 2022 Vision Awards, one of the world's most prestigious awards, including the 'Platinum Award', the highest honour, for both its operational and sustainability reports. The League of American Communications Professionals (LACP), which evaluates reports from the world's leading companies, announced the results of the 2022 Vision Awards, which it organized for the 22nd time this year. Aydem Yenilenebilir Enerji, a subsidiary of Aydem Enerji operating in renewable energy production, achieved the success of winning a total of 12 awards, including the "Platinum Award" – the highest honour – in the "Energy-Equipment and Services" category with its operational and sustainability reports published in 2022. In the LACP 2022 Vision Awards Top 100 Global Rankings, where reports from international companies from around the world were evaluated, Aydem Yenilenebilir Enerji's 2022 Sustainability Report ranked 71st and its Operational Report ranked 79th; in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Region Top 80, its Sustainability Report ranked 6th and its Operational Report ranked 7th. The company also won the 'Best Message to Shareholders' Gold Award for its Operational Report and the 'Best Developed Report' Gold Award for its Sustainability Report in the EMEA Regional Excellence Awards. Aydem Yenilenebilir Enerji was also the recipient of the Technical Excellence Award for both reports and ranked in the Turkey Top 20.

Aydem Yenilenebilir Enerji's operational and sustainability reports contain detailed information about the company's 2022 activities and its work in the sustainability field. The reports cover topics such as the company's investments in renewable energy, social responsibility projects and environmental performance. As the only company in all sectors in Turkey to be on the Global A List in both climate change reporting and water security reporting as a result of the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) Climate Change Reporting, Aydem Yenilenebilir Enerji also shares in detail the steps it has taken towards net zero targets. The company emphasizes that it is working in line with science-based long-term targets to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 at the latest, in accordance with the Net-Zero Standard of the Science-Based Targets Initiative (SBTi), which it is a signatory to.   Source
