BORUSAN CAT and PROGRESS RAIL Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

Borusan Cat, a Borusan Group company, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Progress Rail to collaborate on railway projects in Turkey and neighbouring regions.

"We Create Solutions for a Better World" – operating with this mission in Turkey as well as in the Caucasus and Central Asia, Borusan Cat has reached a cooperation agreement with Progress Rail, one of the world's largest companies providing global customers with various railway vehicles, infrastructure solutions and technologies.

According to the Memorandum of Understanding signed, Borusan Cat will implement numerous railway projects with Progress Rail, a subsidiary owned by Caterpillar. Various projects are being planned in Turkey and neighbouring countries, including locomotive services, overhaul, modernisation of engines and control systems, and the sale and delivery of locomotives.
