Kenan Baytaş Elected Chairman as BOSAD Marks Its 20th Anniversary

Kenan Baytaş Elected Chairman of BOSAD at Its 20th Anniversary BOSAD (Boya Sanayicileri Derneği), established in 2003 and successfully representing the Turkish paints sector internationally, held its 11th Ordinary General Assembly Meeting on the occasion of the association's 20th year and elected its new board of directors. The General Assembly meeting was held on 30 May 2023 Tuesday at the TİM Foreign Trade Complex, with the participation of İKMİB (Istanbul Chemical Substances and Products Exporters Association) Chairman and TİM (Turkish Exporters Assembly) Vice Chairman Adil Pelister. Kenan Baytaş, Chairman of the Board of Merbolin Boya San. Tic. AŞ., was elected Chairman. The new Board of Directors, consisting of Kenan Baytaş, M. Akın Akçalı, Ersin Kayalar, Hakan Ünel, M. Mutlu Uysal, Mehmet Hacıkamiloğlu, Tolga Demirözü, Ömer Saim Oğuz, Serdar Puntar, Sakin Aruk, Haluk Giray, T. Aydın Kayı, Burak Basmacı, Pınar Adabağ, Semih İyigüllü, Serdar Çolak, and Seda Yalaz, began their work under BOSAD's roof without losing momentum and held their first board meeting on the same day.

In his thank you remarks regarding the new term as chairman, Kenan Baytaş expressed his wishes for the new term to bring good fortune to the paints sector, stating: "With the strength derived from our association's 20-year-old rooted legacy, we will continue to work with all our efforts to advance the Turkish paints sector further in the new term through our activities."
