Univar Solutions Completes Acquisition of Kale Kimya Univar Solutions, a global solution provider for leading specialty chemical users, announced that it has completed the acquisition of Kale Kimya, a specialty chemicals distributor. Kale Kimya, a leading company in the beauty and personal care as well as household and industrial cleaning markets, is one of the region's most important specialty chemicals distributors. The company offers best-in-class formulation laboratory capabilities and technical expertise, as well as a broad product portfolio comprising beauty and personal care products and household and industrial cleaning products, including surfactants, active ingredients, emulsifiers, preservatives, UV filters, fragrances, polymers, esters and softeners. Kale Kimya also exports outside Turkey.
