Akfix Signs on for Business Istanbul Project

Turkey's largest A+ office project Business Istanbul selected Akfix products, one of Turkey's leading brands, for its insulation and waterproofing work. The Ministry of Environment and Urbanization's BUSINESS ISTANBUL project, implemented by AKSUN Construction over a 270,000 m² project area in the Kadıköy Fikirtepe urban transformation zone, utilized Akfix waterproofing membranes, spray polyurethane systems, rigid polyurethane systems, MS Polymer and Polyurethane Sealants, Joint Sealants in silicone, Polyurethane-Based Assembly Foams and Industrial Adhesives for its substructure and superstructure waterproofing work. Abbas Ayazoğlu, General Manager of AKSUN Construction, which brought Business Istanbul to life—comprising two phases with the first stage of three blocks completed—stated that they have realized one of Turkey's largest A+ office projects.
