Form Şirketler Grubu Illuminates Children's Future with Ateşböceği

Form Şirketler Grubu, in collaboration with Turkey Education Volunteers Foundation (TEGV), continues to bring educational support to different regions of Turkey through the Firefly Learning Unit it sponsors. In the project that has reached 1,231 children in Ordu and Hatay to date through Firefly, a total of 17,965 hours of education has been delivered with the support of 27 volunteers.

Form Şirketler Grubu, celebrating its 60th anniversary, is strengthening its social responsibility work based on public benefit through projects that constitute investment in the future. In line with this, the company signed an important partnership with Turkey Education Volunteers Foundation in the first half of 2025 and became an operating sponsor of one of the TEGV Firefly Learning Units. The Firefly Mobile Learning Unit education truck met with children in Ordu and Hatay provinces in a short period. Within the scope of the project, 27 volunteers in the field provided support to reach 1,231 children and completed a total of 17,965 hours of education. These results demonstrated that the partnership is not merely a support program; it has created a concrete and measurable difference in the lives of children.

Education content supported children's multifaceted development
Under the Firefly Learning Unit, children are offered a comprehensive educational program that is not limited to transmitting academic knowledge, but aims to develop their thinking patterns and expression abilities. Through these efforts conducted in schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education, students experience both theoretical and practical learning through content prepared in core areas such as science and mathematics, information technology and coding, arts and creative drama, reading culture and healthy living. In addition to these trainings, short-term activities are organized in which 21st-century skills such as confidence, communication, problem-solving, environmental awareness and teamwork are supported. Thus, children are not supported solely from an academic perspective; they are supported in their social, cognitive and emotional aspects, enabling them to take steps toward the future more equipped.
