Forte to Act as Subcontractor for Aselsannet in KKBS Project

Forte Information and Communication Technologies Inc., which stands out with innovative solutions developed in the defence, security and information technology sectors, has signed an important partnership within the scope of the Command Control Information System Infrastructure (KKBS AY-2) Project, one of the critical infrastructure projects of the Army Command.

Forte signed a subcontractor agreement with AselsanNet for the establishment, commissioning and provision of necessary materials for local area networks required in the project. Within this scope, network infrastructure will be established on which management, logistics and command control software will operate. In the disclosure made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on the matter, the following statement was included: "Our company has signed a subcontractor agreement with AselsanNet regarding the supply of necessary materials, installation and commissioning of local area networks on which management, logistics and command control software will operate within the scope of the Army Command's Command Control Information System Infrastructure KKBS AY-2 Project. The contract value is USD 5,706,329.95 excluding VAT."

Forte Information and Communication Technologies Inc., which develops domestic and innovative solutions in the defence, security and information technology sectors, provides significant support in the digitalization process of the Turkish Armed Forces. The company acts as a subcontractor in the field in line with the contract it made with AselsanNET, the main contractor of the project, within the scope of the Command Control Information System Infrastructure (KKBS AY-2) Project. In the project, local area networks (LAN) are being established on which management, logistics and command control software will operate for units ranging from the Army Command Headquarters to affiliated and independent battalion commands. The physical backbone of these networks is created by laying large-scale cable infrastructure.

In addition, an important dimension of the project covers the supply of technical materials that will ensure the functioning of network systems, installation and long-term operation planning. This comprehensive and turnkey approach guarantees not only the establishment of the system but also the sustainability of uninterrupted and secure communication infrastructure.

By taking part in this strategic project led by AselsanNET, Forte provides a critical contribution to the Turkish Armed Forces' modernizing digital infrastructure.
