Forte Signs TRY 150 Million Agreement with Havelsan under Ay Yıldız Project

Forte Information and Communication Technologies and Defence Industry Inc., which is listed on Borsa Istanbul, has reached an agreement with HAVELSAN for the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) Cloud Computing Systems Project within the scope of the Moon Star Project, one of Turkey's most important and critical projects.

In its statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Forte Information and Communication Technologies stated: "Our company has reached an agreement with Havelsan regarding the signing of a contract for the TSK Cloud Computing Systems Analysis and Preliminary Design Phase (Phase-1) Digital Transformation Activities Package and Single Sphere Infrastructure Package under the Moon Star project scope. The total contract value is TRY 150,351,600 excluding VAT. In addition, an inflation adjustment payment will be made during the project period in addition to the contract value."

Forte Information and Communication Technologies and Defence Industry Inc. has taken another important step to pioneer digital transformation in Turkey's defence industry. The company has concluded an agreement for the Moon Star Project, which brings together the Land, Air and Naval Forces Commands under one roof.

This project aims to renew the TSK's information technology infrastructure and establish an integrated structure. Within the scope of the agreement, a dedicated cloud computing infrastructure will be established, information will be consolidated and systems compatible with business processes will be developed. The project stands out as a major step for Turkey in the field of defence technologies. Forte will continue its efforts to increase the TSK's strategic and tactical capabilities through cooperation with HAVELSAN.
