HZO Unveils Innovative Nano-Coating Equipment for Complete Waterproof Protection

A global leader in the production of premium protective nano coatings that shield electronics from the most demanding and corrosive environments, HZO has launched the HZO PRO800-PL. The new coating equipment series features an exceptionally large coating chamber that supports higher throughput and cost-effective processes for OEMs requiring splash and spillage protection for electronics. The HZO PRO800-PL applies nano coating materials with speed, precision and expertise. The equipment combines a gas and liquid mixture to create conformal, dense, homogeneous and pinhole-free thin film protective layers to provide superior liquid protection levels. The new series is specifically designed to meet tighter tolerances and homogeneity requirements found in consumer, IoT, industrial, medical device and automotive electronics. Internet-enabled PRO800-PL features a dedicated control unit to remotely monitor and control critical factors in real time, including temperature, pressure and other necessary operating parameters.
