İzocam Aims to Integrate Artificial Intelligence Into All Business Processes

In 2021, we deployed the Power BI platform and strengthened data-driven decision-making processes with business intelligence solutions. In the same period, we used Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology to automate many of our processes and increased our operational efficiency. In 2022, we deployed our artificial intelligence (AI)-based sales forecasting, cost estimation and price recommendation project. We successfully completed our Salesforce CRM project in 2023. With another project we launched in 2024, we aim to ensure process optimization by monitoring production and energy data in real time. In the coming period, we plan to implement larger-scale projects by focusing on digitalization in production processes, artificial intelligence integration and cybersecurity areas," he said.
Emphasizing that IT-focused investments have enabled İzocam to increase operational efficiency and flexibility and create a difference in the sector, İzocam General Director Murat Savcı stated, "Our digitalization projects have strengthened the ability to make faster, error-free and data-driven decisions across all our business units, from production to sales, from shipping to financial processes.
