A year after acquiring Milliyet Pazarlama (MilPa) shares and converting it into Lydia Holding A.Ş., Lydia announced a new acquisition. Ufuk Yatırım, a subsidiary of Yıldız Holding, entered the Lydia Holding group through a USD 48 million acquisition.
Lydia Holding, one of Turkey's innovative groups, signed a new acquisition within the framework of its "sustainable development" strategy. Ufuk Yatırım Yönetim ve Gayrimenkul A.Ş (Ufuk Yatırım), a subsidiary of Yıldız Holding, became part of the Lydia Holding group following a USD 48 million acquisition.

Ufuk Yatırım merged with Toprak Finansal Kiralama in 2006, thereby becoming a publicly listed company. Most recently, last month it informed the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it had acquired 11 plots of land adjacent to Sabiha Gökçen Airport with a total size of 106,590 square metres for TRY 1.2 billion.
