Novartis İlaç Türkiye Receives Three Major Awards

Novartis Pharmaceuticals, which stands out for its investments in human resources in Turkey, has added new awards this year to those it has received as a result of its work in this field. In the "2018 Turkey's Best Employers" research organized by Great Place To Work company, Novartis Pharmaceuticals Turkey became the "2nd Best Company" and was selected as one of Turkey's best employers. In addition to this award won for the third consecutive year, this year Novartis Pharmaceuticals was also recognized with the "Work and Life Integration" award in the special award category. Results have also been announced for the 2017 Aon Best Employers program conducted by Aon Hewitt, one of the world's leading companies in human resources and management consulting. In this program, which is Turkey's most widely attended workplace research conducted by Aon Hewitt Turkey; Novartis Pharmaceuticals Turkey received the "AON Best Employer-Turkey's Best Workplace" award this year as well. For the 5th time overall Best Workplace, Novartis has held the Best Workplace title for 3 consecutive years since 2015, earning the right to receive the "Continuous Excellence" award. Novartis Pharmaceuticals Turkey also received an award from Capital Magazine's research on Turkey's most valued companies in the business world. In the research in which more than 1,400 managers participated representing over 500 companies from 59 sectors, the most valued companies in the sectors were determined by taking the opinions of professionals in the relevant sector, and Novartis Pharmaceuticals Turkey was selected as the "Most Valued Pharmaceutical Company".
