OYAK Çimento announced its third quarter 2025 financial results. According to the disclosure made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the company's sales revenues in the third quarter of 2025 increased 16% on a quarterly basis to TRY 15.4 billion, reflecting volume growth despite limited price increases. Despite strong sales volumes, price increases running below inflation and a strong base effect caused sales revenues to remain flat year-on-year. Cement and ready-mix concrete volumes showed double-digit growth in the third quarter compared with the prior period (10% and 14% respectively); OYAK Çimento's concrete volume, operating across seven regions in Turkey and leveraging its strong market position with 60 concrete plants, increased over 30% for two consecutive quarters. EBITDA in this period showed a 57% quarterly increase, while EBITDA margin rose 8 percentage points to 30.6% compared with the previous quarter. With price increases remaining below inflation, the company achieved EBITDA of TRY 10.9 billion in the first nine months of 2025, with EBITDA margin at 26.8%. OYAK Çimento maintained its financial resilience and operational strength, standing out positively in the cement sector.

OYAK Çimento Makes TRY 4.9 Billion Dividend Move: Further Steps Toward Regional Leadership
Eralp Tunçsoy, Deputy Chairman of OYAK Çimento's Board of Directors and Global CFO of CIMPOR, emphasized in his assessment of third quarter results that the group maintained operational resilience despite challenging macroeconomic conditions:

"In the third quarter of 2025, despite price increases running below inflation, we delivered strong operational performance through effective cost management. While maintaining our leadership in Turkey's cement market, we are steadily advancing toward our goal of becoming a regional powerhouse by capitalizing on growth opportunities in surrounding geographies."

Tunçsoy also drew attention to sustainability investments, noting that the company made TRY 4.8 billion in capital expenditures in the first nine months of the year: "Our alternative fuel usage rate reached 30%. As we continue our carbon neutrality journey, our investments of 115 MW in solar energy and waste heat recovery are proceeding at full speed to reach our primary target of 70% sustainable energy," he said.

Tunçsoy further highlighted the TRY 4.9 billion dividend payment made on 30 October 2025, as well as the company's inclusion in seven WisdomTree global indices and the publication of its first GRI-assured integrated report as important milestones in terms of financial transparency and corporate sustainability, concluding with: "In the final quarter of the year, we aim to further strengthen our leading position in the sector while maintaining our financial resilience and operational strength."

International Recognition of High Value-Added
Murat Sela, Country CEO of OYAK Çimento, expressed the following views regarding third quarter financial results: "The third quarter of 2025 signaled a cautious growth environment in our sector. As OYAK Çimento, through our demonstrated agility, strong operational competence, and effective cost management, we successfully continued our operations. Reaching net sales of TRY 15.4 billion this quarter, we recorded 31% volume growth on an annual basis in our concrete and aggregate operations. Strong momentum in domestic cement and concrete volumes, combined with effective working capital management and strong cash flow, enabled us to maintain profitability. Our facility network across seven regions in Turkey and our logistics capabilities allowed us to achieve double-digit growth in cement and ready-mix concrete volumes.

Emphasizing that OYAK Çimento's strong financial performance and sustainable cash generation capacity have been validated in international capital markets, Murat Sela continued: "Our strong performance recognized internationally is rooted in our sustainable and productivity-focused growth strategy. In line with this strategy, alongside digital transformation projects such as FİZİX that strengthen our operational processes, we are resolutely continuing high-value projects such as solar energy and waste heat recovery investments aligned with our 2030 targets that reduce our environmental footprint. As OYAK Çimento, with our confidence in the country's economy and sense of responsibility, we will continue to strengthen our position in both domestic and global markets; with sound financial discipline, a strong dividend policy, and our sustainability commitments, we will maintain our focus on creating stable value for all stakeholders. I extend my sincere gratitude to all employees and business partners who contributed to this success."
