Seranit, a leading Turkish granite ceramic and technical porcelain manufacturer, completed the 2025 operating period in line with budget targets. Throughout the year, the company restructured its retail channel with an experience-focused approach, strengthened its strategic position in the Azerbaijan market while continuing to optimize its cost structure through investments in production efficiency and sustainability.
Seranit, a global player in the building materials sector, shared operational data for 2025 and its 2026 vision. In the first quarter of 2025, the company increased net sales revenue by 8.5% compared to the same period of the previous year, reaching TRY 537.6 million. Throughout the year, it prioritized product quality and sales channel efficiency over square-meter-based growth. Year-end 2025 revenue is expected to reach approximately TRY 2.4 billion, with exports rising to 16% of total sales.
Seranit's 2025 data revealed a shift in ceramic demand from residential to non-residential spaces. More than 45% of project sales came from high-traffic areas such as offices, hotels, hospitals and shopping malls, while technical performance criteria such as durability, hygiene and low maintenance costs became market determinants alongside aesthetics.
Experience-Focused Retail Strategy and Renovation Economy
In 2025, Seranit transformed its retail strategy from traditional points of sale to consultation and experience centers. Through digitally-supported store designs, the company enabled consumers to experience products within space. In an environment where new residential projects remained cautious, the brand focused on the "renovation economy," adopting a benefit-focused rather than price-focused approach through value-added products such as Aquanit porcelain shower tiles and Seravista.
Regional Strength: Azerbaijan and Logistics Investments
Seranit's strongest 2025 growth in overseas operations occurred in the Azerbaijan market. The 4,000 m² showroom and 100,000 m² logistics center opened in Baku elevated the company's presence in the region to a new scale. This momentum in the Azerbaijan market clearly reflected Turkey's ceramic sector export composition. According to Turkish Ceramic Federation data, Azerbaijan's export share rose from 11.6% in 2022 to 48.2% in the January–July 2025 period. Seranit positioned its Baku operations as a strategic hub opening to Russia, Central Asia and the Caucasus, serving as a solution partner on prestigious projects including Fountain Square Shopping Mall, Port Baku Residences and Hilton Hotel.
On the production side, a USD 4.5 million Solar Energy System (GES) investment at the Bilecik and İnönü plants enabled 20% of electricity needs to be met from renewable sources. With machinery investments planned for completion in 2026, the company targets increasing monthly capacity at the Bilecik facility to 662,500 m² and achieving a 10% improvement in production costs. New factory planning for kitchen furniture brand Vanucci in line with 2029 capacity targets ranks among the key items on the 2026 agenda.
Public Offering and Global Vision
2025 marked a financial milestone for Seranit. In its February initial public offering, the company attracted demand from more than 153,000 investors, reaching a public offering size of TRY 1,356 million. Seranit increased its capital to TRY 413 million and began trading on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker "SERNT".
The 15-item 2026 collection unveiled at Italy's CERSAIE Fair in September carried the brand's design strength to the European market.

"Our Goal Is Not Only to Produce, but to Deliver a Global Vision"
Seranit General Manager Fatih Kıvanç assessed the year with these words:
"We represent Turkey's production strength across a broad geography extending from Baku to Bologna. 2025 was a year in which Seranit not only increased capacity; it grew with investors under the 'SERNT' ticker and reinforced its environmental responsibility through solar energy investments. In 2026, we will focus on digitalization and our European logistics centers."
With its USD 4.5 million GES investment, Seranit produces 9 million kWh of clean energy annually. Through award-winning products such as Aquanit, Seravista and Duostone, the company will continue to grow innovation and sustainability together in 2026.
